• Request and response content for quality assurance and debugging

We do not use your API request content to train AI models. Retention depends on the selected model provider and any explicitly enabled support or audit workflow.

Claude Fable 5 exception: Google Cloud logs and securely stores every prompt and response sent to this model for up to 30 days and shares that content with Anthropic solely for abuse monitoring. This provider requirement cannot be disabled while using Fable 5.

GPT-5.6 Sol exception: OpenAI retains abuse-monitoring logs that may contain prompts and responses for up to 30 days by default. OpenAI may retain them longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties from harm. Approved account-level retention controls may change that handling, subject to OpenAI's limitations. AltLLM does not represent this route as Zero Data Retention. When OpenRouter is the selected transport, its Input & Output Logging and Use of Inputs/Outputs settings must remain disabled.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With your consent
• With service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, hosting)
• With AI model providers that process requests, including the mandatory Google Cloud and Anthropic abuse-monitoring flow for Claude Fable 5 and OpenAI abuse monitoring for GPT-5.6 Sol
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to legal requests
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Regular security audits and updates
• Access controls and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain and use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Account data: Retained until account deletion
• Usage data: Retained for billing and analytics purposes
• API request logs: Retained for 30 days for debugging
• Claude Fable 5 prompts and responses: Retained by Google Cloud for up to 30 days and shared with Anthropic for abuse monitoring
• GPT-5.6 Sol prompts and responses: May be included in OpenAI abuse-monitoring logs retained for up to 30 days by default, and longer when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect its services or third parties from harm
